Bella Bellini

Ingredients:
60ml peach puree
40ml simple syrup
1/2 lemon
Sparkling water or non alcoholic ginger ale.
Gear:
Any tall glass.
shaker
20/40ml jigger.
Strainer
Citrus presser (or just squeeze by hand)
How to make the Bella Bellini
1. Fill the shaker with ice and add peach puree, simple syrup, and juice from a 1/2 lemon.
2. Shake well for about 10-15 seconds.
3. Dubble strain into a glass and top with sparkling water or non alcoholic ginger ale.
Enjoy!

Note: The best way to make peach puree at home is to fill a blender with peaches and blend until you get a thin mixture and strain it into a sealed bottle.
