Forest berry syrup

Ingredients:

5dl water

5dl white sugar

5dl forest berries

Gear:

Cooking pot

Spoon or something to stir with

A empty bottle.

How to make Forest berry syrup

1. Pour water into the cooking pot and warm it up until it's evaporation.

2. Turn the temperature to about half and add the sugar and the berries

3. Stir until all of the sugar is dissolved into the water.

4. Turn off the heat and let the berries soak into the liquid for about 5 more minutes. 

5. Wait for the mixture to cool down and strain the mixture into an empty bottle.

Enjoy!

Note: This recipe of berry syrup will last for up to 6 months while kept in a refrigerator in a bottle with the cap on, but try to not store it for longer than 3-4 months.
