Classic Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients:
10 mint leaves.
1/2 lime.
1/4 ts brown sugar (white sugar allso works).
Sprite (or any other lemon-lime soda).
60-80ml simple syrup.
Chrushed ice.
Gear:
Mojito glass (or any other glass, it dosn`t affect the taste).
20ml/40ml jigger.
Mudler
Tea spoon.
Shaker (optional).
How to make the classic mojito Mocktail:
1. Cut a great slice of the lime, about 2cm wide, and then cut into cubes.
2. Put the lime cubes, mint leaves, brown sugar and 20ml of simple syrup in a glass, and muddle until all the juice is squeezed out (about 8-10 hard squeezes is enough)
3. Fill the glass up with crushed ice to the glass and 40-60ml of simple syrup (depends on how sweet you want it)
4. Shake if you want, or just top the glass with sprite, and stir carefully. Garnish with some mint leaves and a slice of lime.
