Los Angeles Sour

Ingredients:

60ml black tea

20ml simple syrup

20ml lemon juice

10ml raspberry juice

20ml peach juice

Eggwhite (optional)

Ice

Gear:

Old fashioned glass

Shaker

Strainer

20/40ml jigger

How to make the LA Sour

1. Boil water and add the black tea bag.

2. Add the black tea to the mixer and fill the mixer with ice. 

3. Add simple syrup, lemon juice, raspberry juice and peach juice (and egg white if you want the foam on top)

4. Shake for about 10-15 seconds (or do the usual egg white shake technique)

5. Dubble strain into the glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
