Non alcoholic Mint Julep

Ingredients:

120ml min tea. (you can also use lemon tea)

8-10 Mint leaves.

60ml simple syrup. 

1/2 lime

Lots of crushed ice. 

Gear:

Aluminum cup (or any small cup)

Hot water.

Muddler

Spoon

20/40ml jigger

How to make the Mint Julep.

1. Boil water and add a mint tea bag and let it soak for a minute or two. 

2. Add 20ml of the tea and the mint leaves and muddle, give it around 8-10 hard squeezes. 

3. Fill the shaker with ice and add the rest of the tea and simple syrup. 

4. Shake well for about 15-20 seconds to cool the tea down.

5. Fill the cup with crushed ice and lime slices and double strain the mixture over the ice. 

6. Garnish with some mint leaves
