1. cut 1/2 of the lime into slices and add it to the cup, and fill it with chused ice. 

2. Cut the rest of the lime into cubes and add them to the shaker and muddle them.

3. Fill the shaker with 40ml simple syrup and add the mint leaves and give them about 5 squeezes. 

4. Fill the shaker with ice and add the rest 20ml of the simple syrup, and shake. 

5. Dubble strain the mixture into the cup and top it off with ginger ale.
