Ingredients:

1/2 Lemon

50ml apple juice

1 bar spoon cinnamon

Non alcoholic ginger ale.

Ice

Gear:

Any small glass

Shaker

20/40ml jigger

Citrus presser(or just squeeze by hand)

Bar spoon/big teaspoon

Strainer

How to make the Ginger Snap

1. Fill the shaker with ice and add lemon juice, apple juice, and cinnamon. 

2. Shake well for about 10-15 seconds. 

3. Dubble strain into the glass and top it off with ginger ale.

Enjoy!
