1. Cut the top off and orange and carve out the meat, but leave some orange meat in the bottom. 

2. Put the orange on the gas cooker and add water. Heat up until the water boils. (if you don't have a gas cooker just boil water in a cooking pot and pour it in.)

3. Crush the chocolate and add it into the water as well as 1-2 topped teaspoons coffee powder (depends on how strong you like it. )

4. Let it sit for a minute or two to let the orange zest soak into the coffee, and pour it quickly into a cup. Sprinkle a little cocoa powder on top for garnish.
